Mountain biking is a sport that doesn’t require any particular level or age. And that’s what’s great: everyone progresses at their own pace, managing their effort according to their physical condition and current state. Everyone can progress as they see fit.
Practising mountain biking is also an opportunity to challenge yourself and get the most out of your training sessions. It’s up to you to set your own goals. You can set yourself the challenge of covering such and such a number of kilometers in a given time, or try out a new route that’s a little more technical and difficult.
Once again, freedom is the key word in mountain biking, the only constraints being the highway code and respect for others and the environment. In all cases, the sensations are there for the taking.
