Suitable spaces

Five committee rooms, each measuring 45 m², allow the capacity of the spaces to be adjusted to accommodate between 20 and 140 people.

An adjacent 130 m² room, situated next to the exhibition halls, completes the facilities.

There are four venues where you can organise exhibitions, meals or events:

• The 85 m² reception hall
• The Vitellius Hall, ranging from 270 to 400 m²
• The Meeting Point Hall (120 m²)
• The Hall of Honour (210 m²)

Located on the first floor of the Palais des Congrès, and accessible via the main hall, the Emile de Girardin amphitheatre hosts conferences, concerts, shows and more…

Its layout also allows it to accommodate smaller audiences by adjusting its seating capacity

The Salle des Fêtes, with a floor area of 350 m², offers a welcoming space with a dance floor, capable of accommodating up to 250 people for a cocktail reception, 150 for a sit-down meal and 120 with a dance floor.

The Cotton Room, with its 399 m², is a versatile venue ideal for business or private events, accommodating 180 people for a cocktail reception and 120 for a sit-down meal.

The Salle Garnier, with a floor area of 715 m² and a built-in stage, can accommodate 600 people for a cocktail reception, 450 for a sit-down meal and 550 in a theatre-style layout.

The Théâtre Garnier, which seats 584, provides an elegant venue for conferences, performances and presentations.

The slot machine room, covering an area of 35 m², offers a dedicated, intimate space, ideal for adding a touch of entertainment to your events.

The Pomone Room, with a floor area of 147 m², offers a bright and versatile space, perfectly suited to hosting your meetings, cocktail receptions or private events.

The Joséphine Baker Room, with a floor area of 234 m², offers a spacious, elegant and versatile venue, ideal for hosting your meetings, conferences or private events for a medium-sized audience.

The outdoor terrace, covering an area of 234 m², provides an ideal open-air space for hosting cocktail parties and receptions, and for making the most of the natural surroundings at the entrance to the spa park.
